We want you to love every piece you get from Ever Ridge. If something's not quite right, we've made returns easy and hassle free, because your comfort and confidence matter to us.

Our 30 Day Return Promise

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. Whether the fit wasn't perfect or you simply changed your mind, we'll take care of it.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and packaging should be intact
• Returns must include proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works just fine)

To start a return, just contact us at info@everridgefashion.com with your order number and reason for return. Our friendly support team will provide you with the correct return form and return address. Please do not send your return before receiving confirmation from us, as items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Fast, Reliable Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) to your original method of payment, and we'll send you a confirmation the moment it's done.

Please note:

• Original shipping is always free, no restocking fees, no surprise charges
• Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs costs for returns due to change of mind or exchange

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

Oh no, we never want that to happen. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us right away at info@everridgefashion.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right, no questions asked, and we'll cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been marked as "package shipped". To cancel, simply email us at info@everridgefashion.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
