Orders & Payment
Where does Ever Ridge ship to? We currently ship to customers in the United States only. From big cities to small towns, if you're in the U.S., we deliver to your doorstep.
What currency are prices in? All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Do I have to pay VAT or sales tax? We do not charge European VAT on orders shipped within the United States. Any applicable U.S. state or local sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law.
Can I cancel my order after placing it? Yes — as long as your order hasn't been marked as "package shipped." Just email us at info@everridgefashion.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
Can you change or correct my shipping address? Reach out to us at info@everridgefashion.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the details for you.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in the United States. No surprise fees at checkout.
How long does it take to process my order? Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after you place them.
How long does delivery take? Estimated delivery is 4 to 8 business days from when your order ships, depending on your location.
How do I track my order? Once your package ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow it from our warehouse to your door.
My package is taking longer than expected — what should I do? If you're still waiting past the 4–8 business day window, reach out to info@everridgefashion.com and we'll look into it for you.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy? You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item if you're not fully satisfied.
What condition does the item need to be in? Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. You'll also need your proof of purchase (the order confirmation email works).
How do I start a return? Email info@everridgefashion.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will send you the correct return form and return address. Please don't ship anything back before getting confirmation — unapproved returns can't be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping? For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, you're responsible for return shipping and any customs costs. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we cover the return shipping.
How long until I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days. They're issued in USD to your original payment method, and we'll email you a confirmation when it's done.
Are there any restocking fees? No. There are no restocking fees and no surprise charges. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
My item arrived damaged or it's the wrong product. What now? Email info@everridgefashion.com right away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right, and we'll cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.
Products
Are the colors in the photos accurate? We do our best to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.
Are some products only available online? Yes. Certain pieces are available exclusively through everridgefashion.com and may be in limited quantities.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to shop? No — you can browse without registering. Registration is only required to complete a purchase.
How do you handle my personal information? We process your data in line with the EU GDPR and applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We don't sell your personal information. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Can I access, correct, or delete my data? Yes. You have the right to access, delete, correct, port, restrict processing, or withdraw consent for your personal information. Email info@everridgefashion.com to make a request — we typically respond within 30 days under GDPR and 45 days under CCPA.
Do you ship to anyone under 16? Our services aren't intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them.
